Lady Gaga to undergo Hip Surgery

Lady Gaga is to undergo hip surgery and has consequently canceled the remainder of her "Born This Way Ball" tour.

The Lady Pop star revealed on Tuesday on Google+ that she secretly suffered an injury more than a month ago that rendered her immobile this week.

Initially diagnosis said that the singer was suffering from synovitis, an inflammation of the joints, prompting her to postpone concerts through Sunday but she's feared to be suffering something more severe.
